We are building a best-in-class Performance Marketing function, and are looking for a highly talented, energetic and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead. You will manage, operate and develop a range of biddable channels including display, social, affiliates and partnerships. This is an incredible opportunity to establish and drive key growth channels within our business and match more homeowners to our growing base of trade customers through every category and location in the UK. Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing you’ll span both our desktop and mobile app propositions and will play a vital role in delivering our business-wide OKRs. You’ll create and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and growth goals. You’ll efficiently manage large budgets across multiple channels, continuously optimising to achieve maximum ROI and minimize CPA. You’ll monitor campaign performance through KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, using real-time data to make informed decisions. You’ll build and optimise audience targeting strategies, leveraging demographic, behavioural, and psychographic data to reach the right users at the right time. You will be obsessed with data and have strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and BI. You will have the ability to translate complex insights into a simplified set of results and actions within your channels. What do you need to succeed?
- Significant experience of performance marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- An in-depth understanding of consumer and business supply and demand mechanics, with experience operating real-time performance marketing feeds across both sides of the market (consumer and business).
- Experience with inventory management or campaign management MarTech as well as MMPs and wider performance and biddable technology.
- You will be obsessed with data and have strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and BI. You will have the ability to translate complex insights into a simplified set of results and actions within your channels.
- Solid experience with execution, running and optimising campaigns and be laser-focused on hitting KPIs.
- Organised and structured but have the ability to react quickly to business change.
- Have the ability to think short and long-term. We need to deliver today but have the vision and commitment to develop our performance marketing capabilities for tomorrow.
