Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Manager (Innovation)

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to join our Innovation Team, where you will play a crucial role in incubating and scaling new business lines. Your key focus will be identifying key opportunities, developing strategic insights, and driving operational efficiency through advanced analytics and automation. You’ll work closely with product, data, marketing, and sales teams to execute initiatives and empower our teams to achieve more. Location: Kings Cross. Hybrid working applies with 4 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
You’ll report to the MD of Innovation, you’ll play a key role in defining and implementing new growth strategies across the business. You’ll identify trends, pain points, and review tactics employed by competitors to identify opportunities and threats with recommended actions to capitalise accordingly. Moreover, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of analytics tools, models, and dashboards to drive decision making. This is a cross-functional role that will require you to own projects and solutions end-to-end, thinking critically and creatively to solve complex analytical problems. How does that sound?

What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in analytics, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data-driven insights.
- Exceptional at data manipulation with expert level SQL along with PowerBI, Excel and ideally have experience using low-code/no-code/AI-tools in your day to day
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions
- Talented at simplifying the complex, you’ll design robust experiments, communicate and collaborate efficiently, always bringing cross functional teams along with you
- Ability to balance long term strategic thinking and ensuring flawless execution
