Senior Growth Analyst

There’s a spot on our Trade Growth team for a Senior Trade Growth Analyst to join us. You’ll own the reporting and analysis of the full marketing acquisition funnel for new trades. This includes uncovering growth opportunities across marketing, sales, and product. You’ll play a key role in building reliable data sources, set up anomaly detection systems, and collaborate on predictive models to enhance acquisition performance. We are on an exciting growth journey to delivery 10x growth over the coming year. If you are an expert in data analysis, visualisation, and digital marketing analytics you’ll fit right in!
Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Trade Growth Director, you’ll own the end-to-end reporting for the full acquisition funnel, analysing performance variations and delivering data-driven recommendations. You’ll conduct in-depth analyses of trade acquisition data across marketing channels, sales, and product to uncover new growth opportunities. You’ll build and maintain reliable data sources, enabling the team to self-serve key trade growth KPIs and make quick, informed decisions. You’ll Implement best-in-class marketing mix modelling to accurately assess channel performance and attribution. If you have a passion for Data, then this is the role for you!

What do you need to succeed?
- Your background will be in marketing analytics preferably in a marketplace / tech first business. This includes tooling such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and CRM).
- You’ll be skilled in advanced data analytics including SQL, statistical methods, and modelling large data sets (Python experience is a plus).
- You’ll have strong data visualisation skills, including the use of tools such as PowerBI or similar and be talent in storytelling through data.
- You’ll be commercially minded with a deep understanding of supply – demand dynamics in a marketplace set up.
