  • Revenue Growth Manager (Marketplace Operations)

You’ll play a pivotal role in experimenting with monetisation strategies, innovating on pricing models, and creating scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, to deliver exceptional value to customers while driving sustainable business growth. You’ll balance your long-term strategic thinking and always ensure flawless execution at all times. Are you analytical and process-driven?     Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 4 days in the office minimum.

    Where do you fit in?

    • Commercial Strategy Execution: Translate the company's commercial objectives into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies, provide strategic insights and participate in solution development across domains.
    • Product adoption: Project manage the go-to-market (GTM) of monetisation products, ensuring successful implementation and driving adoption across teams and customers.
    • Monetisation Experimentation: Identify and conduct experiments with monetisation initiatives, including testing and iterating on pricing logic to identify the most effective strategies for growth.
    • Build scalable processes and playbooks: Design and implement playbooks with scalable processes, maintaining consistency and enabling rapid scaling across the organisation.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse monetisation performance, proactively identifying growth opportunities and addressing fluctuations to keep performance on track.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform marketplace strategies and processes, using tools like SQL for in-depth analysis.

    What do you need to succeed?

    • Degree qualified in Business/Economics, STEM or similar.  
    • Proven operational and analytical experience in revenue growth focused roles within a marketplace business, big tech, or top-tier consulting firm.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for rapid design/test/implement loops to get to the right answer.
    • Talented at simplifying the complex, especially in distilling complex marketplace dynamics into clear action.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities from multiple angles, balancing short- and long-term business benefits.
    • Exceptional at financial modelling with Excel/gSheets.
    • Comfortable with SQL and Power BI (or similar tools).
    • You should be adept at utilizing data for decision-making, capable of sourcing data independently or in collaboration with others.
    • Passionate about creating impact and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
