We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team where they will drive data-driven insights and optimisations to enhance digital marketing performance and audience engagement across the business.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    SEO Optimisation:  
    • Assist in implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and website performance tracking.    
    • Conduct detailed analyses of search performance to uncover growth opportunities.  

    Digital Marketing Performance Analysis:  

    • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and other platforms.  
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and engagement metrics.  

    Conversion Funnel Optimisation:  

    • Analyse and report on customer journey data to identify drop-off points and propose improvements.  
    • Collaborate with wider teams to implement and test solutions that enhance conversion rates.  

    Advanced Reporting and Dashboards:  

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and detailed reports to track KPIs and marketing effectiveness.  
    • Share insights and trends with stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions.  

    Audience Segmentation and Targeting:  

    • Support marketing campaigns through data segmentation and targeting strategies.  
    • Assist in creating and managing audience personas for more personalised outreach.  

    Cross-functional Collaboration:  

    • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure alignment on analytics and reporting needs.  
    • Partner with external vendors to enhance data quality and performance tracking tools.  

    Data Governance:  

    • Support efforts to maintain high standards of data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
    • Demonstrate explicit care to protect all personal and confidential data and information you may encounter about employees, customers, members, suppliers (this list may not be exhaustive) whether that data is held on computer or found in manual, paper systems.
    • Assist in the ongoing evaluation of the Data Retention policy.

    What do you need to succeed? 

    • Degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.  
    •  2 + years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital channels.  
    • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and customer journey analytics.  
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze).  
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.  
    •  A data driven marketer with a technical focus who can interpret marketing requirements data driven selections.  
    • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms.  
    • Fluent in SQL and experience in a big data environment. Python skills would be a bonus.  
    • Ability to challenge requirements, advance requests beyond the initial thinking and spot opportunities to create synergies between the various marketing requests. 
    •  Experience with B2B marketing campaigns is an advantage.  
    • Strong analytical abilities and confidence working with data, with complex data mining and matching skills.
