What do you need to succeed?
- Proven leadership in managing teams and being fully accountable for performance, delivery and quality.
- A strong technical background in complex product and architecture design
- Experience crafting and executing engineering strategies, processes and policies to drive business outcomes and ensure high performance, delivery, and quality across teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, being able to work effectively with teams across Checkatrade while addressing business challenges, mitigating risks, and driving innovation.
