We are looking for a dynamic Head of Trade CRM to join our growing CRM team. You’ll play an integral part in shaping our future success! This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded and customer-first CRM professional to further their leadership skills, whilst creating ground-breaking trade experiences that delight our trades and drive exponential business growth. You’ll be responsible for growing our trade database, whilst driving the strategic development and enhancement of CRM campaigns and programs. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery, from strategy development, to capturing business requirements to planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. Sound good? Location – Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 3 office days minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the CRM Director, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including Marketing, Analytics, Content, Operations Product, Data and Engineering. You’ll be responsible for devising and implementing strategies that drive growth of the trade marketable database. You’ll drive strategic development and implementation of multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated programmes to drive user engagement and improve conversion and repeat rates across the life cycle. We are looking for someone to bring their A game and take ownership of the end-to-end CRM lifecycle covering both marketing and transactional emails. What do you need to succeed?
- Extensive CRM experience in a fast paced company - scale up, e-commerce, gaming, subscriptions all preferable.
- Solid track record of managing large scale B2C or B2B cross channel (email, push, onsite personalisation, etc) campaigns and cross functional projects.
- Demonstrable experience of working closely and creatively with data to deliver CRM that resonates with your end customer.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Experience working with coding, and operational/engineering teams to drive technical projects, with good knowledge of data architecture.
- Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills.
