The Marketing Team are on a mission to build exceptional consumer and trade experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating messages etc into compelling digital designs to be used across marketing channels. We are looking for a motivated, passionate brand designer to join our community as we grow our team and mature into excellence! You’ll be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining the visual identity of the brand across various platforms. A key focus for you will be translating the brand’s messaging, values, and strategy into compelling visual designs that resonate with the target audience. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and digital content creators, to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment. Sound good?
Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Director of Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll create, update, and maintain the overall visual identity of the brand, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and other design elements. You’ll develop a wide range of marketing materials such as packaging, brochures, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website elements. You’ll Adapt designs for a variety of platforms including print, digital, social media, and packaging, ensuring the brand is visually cohesive across all channels. You’ll stay up-to-date with current design trends, competitor branding, and market demands to inform creative decisions. You’ll be our go to person, to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with the target audience. What do you need to succeed?
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand design, visual identity, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand design projects and campaigns.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma and Canva.
- Experience with digital design tools and understanding of web design principles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design integrity.
