Location: Kings Cross, London or Lakeside, Portsmouth. Hybrid working applies.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you’ll join a skilled team of MarTech engineers. As a Senior Software Engineer, leading and collaborating in a dynamic group of four. You'll tackle a mix of strategic projects and real-time challenges as you enhance and expand our marketing and communications tools. We're in the midst of an exciting scale-up, driven by significant investment in a MarTech powerhouse, including a new Braze foundation and a suite of evolving services. You’ll work closely with our CRM and Data teams, while also engaging with Engineering groups across the business. If you thrive on collaborating with diverse teams and driving innovation, this is your chance to lead key projects and make a significant impact across Checkatrade.

What do you need to succeed?
- A proficiency in Node.JS and TypeScript
- Strong Braze experience
- Experience working with marketing communications, growth, or acquisition functions
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments with excellent communication skills
- A willingness to lead projects, learn and innovate
