Where do you fit in?
As an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations – you'll be working to select, implement and optimise new technologies as we move to a modern tech stack – building effective, efficient and secure systems and processes.
You’ll work with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Apple and Windows device management and GCP amongst others! You’ll also dive into our infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, ARM) optimising deployments and making life easier for everyone. Oh, and if you love automation and scripting, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to flex those Python, and Bash skills.
Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with security, platform engineers, and software developers to ensure our infrastructure is aligned with business goals and always performing at its best.

What do you need to succeed?
- Strong experience in leading IT SaaS products (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Kandji, InTune, Atlassian).
- Cloud expertise across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including compute, storage, and networking.
- Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates).
- Networking and security knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Zero Trust principles.
- Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, or Datadog.
- Ability to work collaboratively with security, software, and engineering teams.
Bonus points for:
- Being hyper customer focused.
- Experience with on-prem-to-cloud migrations.
- Familiarity Zero-Trust architecture.
- Experience with leading security tools
- Okta or Google Workspace Certifications.
