Media Innovation Manager
As we continue to expand our platform and enhance our offerings, we have an exciting opening for a visionary Media Innovation Manager. You’ll lead the development of Checkatrade’s new advertising products. This includes driving innovation, shaping the future of advertising within our ecosystem, and unlocking new growth opportunities. You’ll join us during a period of rapid growth and a new leadership team on board. We have and exciting five-year plan that will see us grow ten-fold, you'll play a key part! Location: King's Cross, London. 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Where do you fit in?
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a holistic strategy for building and monetising new advertising products and revenue streams. This includes defining pricing strategies and revenue models. By conducting market research, industry analysis, and customer insights, you’ll identify opportunities and define product requirements. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director of Innovation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from product to sales driving alignment and successful execution. Additionally, you’ll drive innovation and differentiation through continuous experimentation, iteration, and optimization of advertising products and strategies.

What do you need to succeed?
- A background in consulting, strategy, advertising platforms, ad tech solutions, and/ or digital marketing in a fast-paced tech-first scale up.
- You’ll have strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Your business acumen and critical thinking skills are second to none.
- You’ll be entrepreneurial with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation, experimentation and data.
- You’ll have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
