Location: Kings Cross, London or Lakeside, Portsmouth. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office.
Where do you fit in?
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch and development of a sponsored listing model. This will be heavily focused on creating a new revenue stream for on-platform advertising. This role offers huge growth potential, as you’ll drive high click-through rates by ensuring ads are highly relevant to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to rapidly test new propositions, refine them for Product-Market fit while collaborating closely with developers, UX, researchers and data analysts. You will manage the workload of a squad of developers and maintain a develop backlog while working closely with key stakeholders. This includes the Trade Innovation and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ad-tech and a proven track record in 0-1 product development, from concept to launch.

What do you need to succeed?
- Experience within ad-tech, ideally within a marketplace environment, with a proven ability to navigate and innovate within this space
- Proven experience in 0-1 product development
- Strong ability to manage developers
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines including analytics, creative, technical and operations
- Demonstrated track record of analysing data to make recommendations
