Associate Procurement Specialist
Our mission is to be the trusted foundation of every home by connecting people with the trades and tools to make home improvements easy. As our Associate Procurement Specialist, you’ll support the Procurement team in ensuring the efficient support and management of Procurement and supply chain operation tasks. You’ll complete supplier onboarding maintaining the contract database and associated reminders. You’ll analyse spend data and producing reports to identify areas of over-spend, out of contract spend, and opportunities to consolidate supply. Sound good? Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 3 days in the office minimum.

Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you’ll be responsible for analysis of data to provide useful information on areas such as supplier spend, renewals, credit card usage, risks and compliance. You’ll update and maintain Procurement touch-points across the business, such as service desk forms, and Procurement guidelines. You’ll negotiate contract terms directly with suppliers based upon feedback from the full contract reviews. If you are a A star Procurement guru then this is the role for you!

What do you need to succeed?
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Previous experience in a Procurement related role.
- You’re proactive, organised, curious, humble, and empathetic, and you can multi-task across multiple workstreams.
- Experience negotiating, reviewing and making suggested changes to contracts and terms and conditions.
