To help us deliver our growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing PMM team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the strategy and execution of our trade product marketing initiatives to support the growth and engagement of our marketplace. You’ll will effectively communicate the value of our products and services to our trade user base through compelling storytelling and strategic marketing campaigns. You’ll execute multi channel plans pulling on sound market research to get it done – skillfully. Got what it takes? We’d love to hear from you.

Location: King's Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.

Where do you fit in?

You’ll work closely with the research team to conduct market research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. You’ll craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with our target audience. You’ll develop and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including product descriptions, case studies, white papers, videos, and blog posts. You’ll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product launches and marketing initiatives. What do you need to succeed?

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or a Senior Marketing Manager, preferably in an online technology company - marketplace experience would be a bonus!
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a track record of integrating customer feedback into product marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and optimise results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
