We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our future success, through the delivery and execution of cutting-edge multi-channel CRM programs and activities across email, push, SMS, onsite personalisation and more. You’ll be the heartbeat of the team and will be relied upon for your creativity, attention to detail, data literacy, technical knowledge, and ability to move at pace. Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 3 days minimum in the office.

Where do you fit in?

Reporting to the Head of Consumer CRM, you’ll drive strategic development and ongoing enhancement of CRM campaigns & programs. You’ll be turning plans into reality! You’ll own a raft of activities including briefing design and copy teams to create best practice beautifully designed emails and other communications, building audiences, templates and workflows in the Braze platform and working with the wider Martech stack as it develops. You’ll also work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure a pipeline of data points that satisfy your CRM activities and be responsible for ensuring Data Protection compliance by adhering to robust QA and operational processes. What do you need to succeed?

  • Demonstrable experience working in CRM execution with a multi-channel lens across email, SMS, push etc.
  • Previous experience delivering cohesive CRM programmes that seamlessly integrate with the outbound and inbound call activity of Sales and Operations teams.
  • Hands on campaign building experience within multi-channel marketing hubs. Braze experience would be great! 
  • Strong background in delivering campaign testing and optimisation plans.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end campaign development and execution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with creative teams to deliver best-in-class CRM output.
  • Desirable, but not essential: HTML coding experience.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the data governance landscape (GDPR, PECR) and how it impacts CRM Operations.
  • Able to apply creative thinking to functional/data-led strategy.
  • Borderline obsessive about quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with good organisational skills.
  • Must have excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
