You’ll lead pricing, offers, sales incentives strategy and frameworks for key revenue lines within the business. This pivotal role is instrumental in optimising revenue performance and driving sustainable growth. You’ll balance your long-term strategic thinking and always ensure flawless execution at all times. Location: Kings Cross, London. For the right candidate, we can consider the role being based at our Head Office in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies with 4 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Marketplace Director you will work collaboratively with finance, data & insights and sales teams to source the required data to understand business and pricing performance across our business. You’ll design and optimise frameworks for efficient revenue operations, ensuring seamless integration with business goals. Through your skills and passion, you’ll leverage data, user and market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer behaviour, and best in class pricing strategies. You’ll be our go to person to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. What do you need to succeed?
- Degree qualifiedin Business/Economics, STEM or similar.
- Previous experience in a similar Financial Analysis or other Business Intelligence/ Pricing/ Commercial/ Revenue management type role.
- Sound problem-solving skills with a knack for rapid design/test/implement loops to get to the right answer.
- Proficiency in designing robust experiments to measure adoption and engagement of new products/processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively reprioritise on an ongoing basis.
- Passionate about detail, digging into information received and taking accountability.
