Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Inbound Sales Executives selling Checkatrade memberships. You’ll inspire your team and continue to embed a true performance driven culture whilst keeping the customer at heart. Location. Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 4 days in the office, Fridays at home.  

Where do you fit in? 

Reporting directly to our Inbound Sales Manager you’ll manage a team of Inbound Sales Executives focused on closing sales from Inbound enquiries. You’ll set expectations across performance and behaviors and inspire your team to deliver. You’ll have the opportunity to recruit, build, train, mentor and manage a high performing team focussed in supporting business growth.   You’ll also have the opportunity to operate as a part of a wider sales leadership team. This includes supporting development of future business opportunities, whilst ensuring your team uphold the high standards of service that we are renowned for. Sound good? Get in touch!

What do you need to succeed?  

  • Previous experience leading and developing a brilliant sales team. 
  • Track record of driving considerable growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Proven leaderships skills including motivating, developing, and inspiring team along with extensive performance management experience.
  • Engaging and collaborative approach with previous experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations. 
  • High integrity.
