As a Sales Team Leader for our dedicated BDR team, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Business Development Reps selling Checkatrade memberships. You’ll inspire your team and continue to embed a true performance driven culture whilst keeping the customer at heart. This is an exciting time to join a modern marketplace business that is looking to quadruple in size over the coming four years. Where do you fit in?
As a sales team leader for a team of BDRS, you inspire, motivate and lead your team to qualify prospects and nurture leads. You’ll coach, mentor and train your BDRS to achieve their individual and team goals, driving a culture of high performance. You’ll set expectations across performance and behaviours and inspire your team to deliver. Overtime, you’ll also have the opportunity to recruit new team members focussed in supporting business growth. Our Growth Sales function is made up of BDR, Cross Sales and Inbound sales. As Team Lead in BDR, you’ll operate as a part of a wider sales leadership team. This includes supporting development of future business opportunities, whilst ensuring your team uphold the high standards of service that we are renowned for. Sound good? Get in touch!

What do you need to succeed?
- Previous experience leading and developing a brilliant sales team focussed on new business development.
- Track record of driving considerable growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Proven leaderships skills including motivating, developing, and inspiring team along with extensive performance management experience.
- Engaging and collaborative approach with previous experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations.
- High integrity.
