To support Checkatrade ongoing growth, we are continuously recruiting for service focused Customer Service Agents to join our Membership Experience team. Our Customer Service Advisors are true Checkatrade Champions and the first in line to answer calls from tradespeople. No two calls will be the same and you’ll be free from scripted conversations, providing a five star service with a smile. Where do you fit in?
Joining one of the largest teams within Checkatrade, a friendly, fun bunch who love to help people, you'll talk to a huge variety of Checkatrade members, providing advice and guidance, offering support, and helping them to get the most from their membership. You’ll become an expert in all things Checkatrade, from products and services, to offers, promotions and member benefits. You’ll take complex queries in your stride, taking responsibility for your calls and ensuring a one call resolution wherever possible. With strong admin and IT skills, you’ll log each call, keeping records accurate and up to date. This includes having the opportunity to work on Salesforce CRM and other contact centre tools.

- 35 hour working week. Mon to Friday 9am - 5pm. Following training, we offer a mix of home and office working.

- An excellent telephone manner, superb customer service skills and willingness to learn and progress.

- Good IT skills and be comfortable working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment with lots of change.
