Pricing Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a analytical Pricing Manager to join our growing digital platform. You'll provide insights in all matters relating to pricing, including impact of changes, to optimise our future pricing strategy. You'll use your extensive pricing and commercial knowledge to revolutionise our pricing and use of cutting-edge machine learning and AI systems. As a trusted partner for a number of business areas, this is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career in a fast growth business.  Sound good? Location - Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies. 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home.

Where do you fit in?

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you'll work collaboratively with a number of departments to source the required data to understand pricing performance across new sales and renewals. You'll share analysis and make recommendations to adjust and optimise ensuring we delivered towards our budget expectations.  Through your skills, passion, and use of new technology, you'll drive new supply and demand led dynamic pricing capabilities. Your ultimately goal will be to ensure our we achieve our revenue growth ambitions. You will be our go to person to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Skilled in identifying trends and opportunities you will maximise revenue through price changes. You'll also work with internal partners to drive profitable solutions whilst improving existing products and processes. Do you have the ability to influence our pricing strategies? What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous experience in a similar Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Pricing type role.
  • Advanced Excel experience and the ability to quickly pick up technologies/ tools such as Power BI, SQL, R or Machine learning.
  • A strong communicator with the skill to translate large volumes of complex data. 
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes that impact pricing decisions.
