Key Account Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to head up our Key Account Accounts Sales team! You will play an important part in ensuring the success of a team of Key Account Sales professionals, taking our rates of customer acquisition to the next level! You’ll have a track record of scaling and put into action a managed account strategy, recruiting, building and growing a high performing team. Working within a fast-paced digital marketplace, you will be responsible for ensuring role model standards and execution of sales processes are adhered to whilst advancing sales performance. You will be very much hands on with your direct reports to ensure their teams are getting the best coaching and and support needed to succeed.

Where do you fit in?
We are on a growth journey from good to great. Over the next four years we are looking to quadruple the size of the business in terms of revenue and trade members we have on board, meaning Key Accounts is a big focus to help achieve that goal. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the teams targets and amplifying each membership we have on our data base. You will have 2 direct reports who will lead a team whose job is to approach our target trade accounts, ultimately building long term sustainable relationships that deliver year on year growth. Working in a KPI environment you will have a coaching leadership style, taking accountability for the team performance, setting out objectives and growing and retaining a high performing team! What do you need to succeed?
- An experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in someone who has scaled and implemented a Managed account strategy
- First class interpersonal skills, customer focus and ability to think outside the box.
- Sound leadership experience, coaching, training and driving team performance to hit sales targets.
