Are you awesome at Admin? A Spelling Specialist? A Grammar Guru? If you have an eagle eye for detail and can remain as cool as a cucumber when working to deadlines, then you’ll be a perfect fit for our friendly Directories Production team.

This is no ordinary admin role – our business is growing, so we can offer you a great career, not just a job.

Where do you fit in?

You’ll join the team who produce the 70 million Checkatrade directories delivered to households across the UK. You’ll be creating and amending adverts, ensuring they all are expertly proofread and ready for printing. Using excellent attention to detail, you’ll keep our records accurate and up to date. You’ll be part of a small friendly team who share their workload, ensuring that you’ll have a variety of tasks to get your teeth into.

What do you need to succeed?

- Excellent English skills – your spelling, punctuation and grammar will be outstanding, along with amazing attention to detail
- You’ll be friendly and helpful with great IT skills and a willingness to learn. We use Adobe InDesign software, and will happily train you on our systems
- Experience with a wide range of admin tasks – you’ll be happy to answer calls and emails, be flexible to work to print deadlines and want to help people throughout our business
- Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday – currently 9am to 5pm. Flexibility will be required to meet print deadlines
