Our Sales teams are key to our success, and to support our continuous growth we are setting up a Sales Desk in our London, Kings Cross office. As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives selling Checkatrade memberships. You will bring to life our exciting new team whilst being focused on sales targets and business goals. This role is all about creating the best atmosphere and inspiring your team to provide an exceptional service to our trade members. Where do you fit in?
Reporting directly to our Sales Manager you’ll manage a team of Inbound Sales Executives focused on closing sales from Inbound enquiries. You’ll set expectations across performance and behaviors and inspire your team to deliver. As a business with ambitious growth plans to quadruple the size of our platform over the next four years, this is an exciting time to join us. You’ll have the opportunity to recruit, build, train, mentor and manage a high performing team of Inbound Sales Executives all on a journey to transform Checkatrade from good to great. You’ll also have the opportunity to operate as a part of a wider sales leadership team to support the development of future business opportunities, whilst ensuring your team uphold the high standards of service that we are renowned for. What do you need to succeed?
- Previous experience leading and developing a brilliant sales team.
- Track record of driving considerable growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Proven leaderships skills including motivating, developing, and inspiring team along with extensive performance management experience.
- Engaging and collaborative approach with previous experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations.
