We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager to own our B2B marketing database. You'll join an impressive data and insights function with a team of experienced BI Analysts around you. Owning our marketing analytics, you will guide the strategic segmentation of data in Salesforce to support targeted marketing communications to optimise conversion to membership. Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire or Kings Cross, London – hybrid working applies with 2 days office based and rest from home.
Where do you fit in?
This is a fantastic newly created opportunity for a data driven marketing professional with a technical focus. Reporting to the Director of BI and Data Analytics, you’ll form strong cross-functional working relationships to to collaboratively deliver your strategy and campaigns. This includes working together with Sales Management, System Developers, BI Teams and the Transformation Director. You’ll ensure Checkatrade data is purchased, secured, stored and promoted to, within all regulatory boundaries and own the Data Retention policy. Alongside segmentation you’ll manage the quality of our prospect data, continually assessing marketing permissions, data quality and completeness. As a true data expert you’ll be skilled in combining your CRM data architecture knowledge with commerciality to maximise the value we can derive from our data.

What do you need to succeed?
- Degree educated in Marketing or IT, or a similar discipline.
- Sound experience in Data Management for Marketing purposes.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office packages and Jira.
- Previous experienced in conversion and attribution metrics as well as experience in building and prioritising a prospect database.
- Experience in Salesforce (or other marketing automation tools such as Braze or Hubspot).
