National Accounts Sales Manager

Due to expansion of our National Accounts channel we are looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead the next stage of our growth plans. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of team of National Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives, taking our rates of customer acquisition to the next level! You’ll have a track record of recruiting, building and growing a high performing team of National Account Managers. Working within a fast pace digital marketplace business, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process is adhered to and evidence of utilising CRM and forecasting to grow your business. Additionally, you will develop sales performance through coaching, and you’ll have experience of negotiation and maximising on complex pricing agreements. Where do you fit in?
We are on a growth journey with a plan to be the go-to destination for home improvements and repairs. Over the next five years we plan on scaling up from 50K trade members to 200k trade members. Reporting to the National and Regional Accounts Director you will be responsible for revenue targets in line with the business plans and you will deliver new national customers to the required levels, as well as retaining and growing existing national accounts spend. You will proactively map out and approach our target trade accounts, ultimately building long term sustainable relationships that deliver year on year growth. Working in a KPI environment you will have a coaching leadership style, taking accountability for the team performance, setting out objectives and retaining a best in class team! Additionally, you will work collaboratively with key partners across marketing, partnerships and customer operations, ensuring a smooth sales process. - Previous experience in the digital marketplace would be beneficial.
