About The Role

Membership & Retention Advisor

Full time & FTC 9 Months available (potential to go to 12 months)

Looking for your next step on your career path? As a Membership & Retention Advisor you will be supporting the Retention of our members. Reporting into the Retention Team Leader and supported by the Retention Seniors, your role will be to provide exceptional support to our members by delivering a professional and high level of customer service, which would include dealing with cancellation queries and member renewals, all in the aid to prevent membership churn. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to supporting our trades memberships positively and will reap the rewards of these conversations.

Your role would be predominantly phone based but will also include the option of admin work and project work once you have passed probation, making this a varied and exciting new challenge.

With your customer service experience skills to inspire, coach and motivate, you’ll keep energised and enthusiastic, providing a consistent excellent service. You will naturally be able to objection handle and get to the root cause of the problem, this resulting in keeping our customers happy and on board!

What do you need to succeed?

  • Be positive and eager to learn and progress with a “can-do” attitude and a friendly demeanour while still being able to successfully achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance workloads whilst prioritising numerous tasks, always ensuring the operational needs and departmental goals are achieved daily.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Open and prepared to be actively involved in your performance reviews.
  • Open to positive change and can adapt your daily workload as required.
