Membership & Retention Advisor
Full time & FTC 9 Months available (potential to go to 12 months)
Looking for your next step on your career path? As a Membership & Retention Advisor you will be supporting the Retention of our members. Reporting into the Retention Team Leader and supported by the Retention Seniors, your role will be to provide exceptional support to our members by delivering a professional and high level of customer service, which would include dealing with cancellation queries and member renewals, all in the aid to prevent membership churn. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to supporting our trades memberships positively and will reap the rewards of these conversations.
Your role would be predominantly phone based but will also include the option of admin work and project work once you have passed probation, making this a varied and exciting new challenge.
