Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies – 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, your challenge is to convey our market leading position to prospective members across multi-channel touchpoints and defined nurture journeys – and create action. You’ll join our fast-paced agile Marketing team, who are responsible for our membership growth, work cross-functionally with sales team to improve campaign effectiveness, measuring ROI and driving innovation to deliver improvements. You’ll be responsible for a Marketing Delivery team and play a pivotal part in developing our Trade Marketing function.

- Previous B2B campaign management experience in a metrics-driven culture, demonstrating clear commercial benefits and results.
- A natural curiosity to look for and capitalise on any content or campaign opportunities within the market and wider industry.
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- An understanding of what delivers successful campaigns – and the interplay between price, product, channel and promotion.
