Customer Services Digital Officer - Full Time or Part Time

We have an amazing Customer Service opportunity for a Social Media focussed customer service professional to join our growing online support team. As a Customer Services Digital Officer you will engage with Trades and Consumer via Social Media channels including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook providing clear, accurate and timely responses to enquiries and complaints. Cool headed and collected, you’ll raise our brand awareness and profile whilst  supporting us with the shift from service focus to user focussed. Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies – 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home.

You’ll be joining one of the largest teams within Checkatrade, a friendly, fun bunch who love to help people. Reporting to the Customer Service Operations Manager you’ll ensure best practice by putting trades and homeowner at the heart of everything you do. You’ll provide outstanding customer service by investigating, understanding, and responding to online enquires and complaints across the various media channels including Trustpilot, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If you have a keen eye for detail with a digital mindset, then this is the role for you!

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous customer service experience including providing online support via multiple social media channels.
  • Fantastic English – written and verbal and strong keyboard skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and adapt according to demand.
