Recruitment Assistant – fixed term contract until end of 2022

We have a fantastic, fixed term opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team initially on fixed term contract basis. With exciting changes taking place across our inhouse talent provision, we are on the look out for the latest addition to our growing team. You’ll be a master at spinning plates and will jump in with helping the team to keep up with business requirements specifically across temp and internal recruitment as well as resourcing for vacancies. If you are highly organised, calm under pressure and have pace and resilience, this could be a great opportunity to add a new string to your bow!
Where do you fit in?
Working under the wing of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll co-ordinate all temp recruitment activity across the business. This includes capturing business requirements, liaising with third party agencies and managing candidates on our Eploy application tracking system. You’ll also co-ordinate all the internal vacancies, progressing candidates to hiring manager review on Eploy and booking interviews. We’ll also pull on your admin skills with a wide range of recruitment admin tasks from data cleansing and inbox management to advert audits and monthly reporting. Additionally, you'll get an opportunity to help the team out with sourcing activity using varied search techniques from job board Booleans to LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Excellent communication skills – on the phone, in person and in writing.
- Organised, pragmatic, process driven and diligent.
- You love to tick things off your to do list and take the ownership to see things through by all ensuring all tasks are completed to timelines, your stakeholders are up to date and on the know – be that candidates or hiring managers.
- Pace, tenacity and resilience. Recruitment is a tough but a rewarding career so a can do attitude, tenacity and positive attitude are a must.
