Regional Accounts Sales Manager

Field Based – Southern & Southwest England & S. Wales.

Due to expansion of our Field Sales channel we are looking for a experienced Regional Accounts Sales Managers. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of a team of 8 Field Sales Representative, taking our rates of customer acquisition to the next level!  You’ll have a track record of recruiting, building and growing a high performing Regional team. Working within a fast pace digital marketplace business, you will be responsible for ensuring role model standards and execution of sales processes are adhered to whilst developing sales performance through coaching your team. If you have a passion for performance and achievement, we’d love to hear from you!

Where do you fit in?

We are on a growth journey with a plan to be the go-to destination for home improvements and repairs. Over the next five years we plan on scaling up from 50K trade members to 200k trade members. Reporting to the National and Regional Accounts Director you will be responsible for new business acquisition targets in line with the business plans and driving customer acquisition from your region’s territories. You will proactively map out and approach our target trade accounts, ultimately building long term sustainable relationships that deliver year on year growth. Working in a KPI environment you will have a coaching leadership style, taking accountability for the team performance, setting out objectives and retaining a best in class team! Additionally, you will work collaboratively with key partners across marketing, telesales and customer operations to ensuring a smooth sales process. What do you need to succeed?

  • An experienced Regional Accounts Sales Manager with a proven track record in new business development.
  • First class interpersonal skills, customer focus and ability to think outside the box.
  • Sound leadership experience, coaching, training and driving team performance to hit sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the digital marketplace would be beneficial.
